Making sure your boiler is serviced every year may seem like a chore. However, it’s crucial to ensure the safety of your appliances, for helping to prevent issues from arising in the future, to detect any potential gas leaks, and in many cases, for keeping your manufacturer's warranty valid.
It's normal to see your boiler's performance and efficiency drop over the years. This can be attributed to the natural wear and tear of parts.
